35 Finance has its origins in Barr Ellison solicitors (www.barrellison.co.uk) in Cambridge, where we have operated since 1997, providing financial services to Barr Ellison's clients.
In 2006 we incorporated as a limited company, in order to be able to offer the same services more widely. In January 2007 we merged with the financial services department of Kenneth Bush solicitors (www.kennethbush.com), so now we have offices in Cambridge and King's Lynn.
As a result of our background, we have specialist knowledge of the areas of financial services that interact most closely with legal services: lump sum investments deriving from Wills, Probate and Trusts, Personal Injury, and Conveyancing; Pensions, Employee Benefits and Business Protection deriving from Commercial work; and Pension Sharing deriving from Matrimonial work.
